Covid-19 cases are on rise.covid-19 is spread to the more than 160+ countries.
Looking at the increasing cases of covid-19 
everyone has a same question how to save yourself from covid-19.
We are washing our hand,we are sanitised our hand.we are maintaining social distance and we are also in the lockdawn.
But our immune system is a strong immune system is boost .so you will not get covid-19.
But the answer is no it does not happen.washing hand ,sanitised hand not touching mouth maintaining social distance isolate yourself is the one way to escaped from covid -19.
If our immune system is strong we fights again covid-19.
Our  immune system needs to be strong to fights any flue or virus.

So in this blog i am going to tell you something that's boost the immune system.
Let me say once again if the immune system is strong it helps to fight again covid-19.not that covid-19 won't happen.
